At Crowell & Moring Evan helps lead the Privacy & Cybersecurity practice focusing on homeland security, privacy, and data security including. Prior to entering private practice, Evan served as an advisor to the senior leadership at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other US government agencies. He has also help the position of principal homeland security policy analyst and project manager to The MITRE Corporation. Evan advises companies on computer network security, investigation coordination after intrusions, data breaches, and more.
