With an initial background in Telecommunications Engineering, Julie specialised in Sustainability Leadership at the University of Cambridge and in Social Innovation at ESADE Business School. For over 15 years she either designed, managed, or delivered sustainability-related projects for multiple sectors (e.g., the energy, the housing, the education, the food, and the humanitarian sectors). Currently, Julie acts as Sustainability Director for the Cambridge Blockchain Society and as Independent Consultant for international organisations and initiatives aiming to enhance their ESG performance. In the near future, she aims to initiate an additional line of career by communicating sustainability issues and solutions in the media.
