Pilar Manchon’s experience ranges from natural language understanding and multimodal dialogue management to speech recognition and synthesis, machine translation and language technologies in general.
In 2005, Pilar founded INDISYS, a company dedicated to the development of intelligent virtual agents with human-like conversational capabilities, which became the first Spanish company to be acquired by Intel. Pilar is currently Google’s Senior Director of Ai Research Strategy.
